Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10+2 (Intermediate) is mandatory

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (freshers can apply)

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Multilingual skills in South Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam) are preferred
• Strong customer orientation and active listening ability
• Ability to handle objections and adapt to different customer scenarios
• Good learnability and openness to feedback
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) calls with customers as per PhonePe’s defined process guidelines
• Act with integrity and maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction
• Build and maintain customer trust through professional and empathetic video interactions
• Meet hourly and daily productivity targets consistently
• Leverage internal tools, processes, and resources to drive quick resolution
• Handle edge cases and escalate where necessary
• Actively recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
