Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international chat support — respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers while maintaining a positive and helpful tone throughout interactions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering quality responses and first-contact resolutions wherever possible
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously — typically 2–3 concurrent chats — while maintaining response quality and speed
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and SOPs for all customer interactions without deviation
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM/ticketing system after each chat session
- Adhere to defined response time SLAs and quality benchmarks for international chat process metrics
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the next level of support with proper documentation and handover notes
- Stay updated with product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to international customers
