Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
- Add classes and learning sessions to the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS) accurately and within defined timelines
- Process all scheduled reports related to training completions, enrollments, and learning metrics
- Provide delegate lists to trainers and coordinators for scheduled learning sessions
- Manage distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work to participants before sessions
- Close classes post-completion and process post-course evaluations and feedback from participants
- Ensure all system-related activities and updates are completed accurately, on time, and in line with procedural guidelines
- Maintain compliance with Data Protection legislation (GDPR and Deloitte data security policies) at all times
- Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
- Administer other Learning Support Services processes as required by the team
- Project a professional image of Practice Support Services in all internal and external interactions
