Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Experience: 0 to 1 year of work experience in learning administration, back-office service operations, or customer service operations

  • Add classes and learning sessions to the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS) accurately and within defined timelines
  • Process all scheduled reports related to training completions, enrollments, and learning metrics
  • Provide delegate lists to trainers and coordinators for scheduled learning sessions
  • Manage distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work to participants before sessions
  • Close classes post-completion and process post-course evaluations and feedback from participants
