Roles & Responsibilities
- Watch several hundred short videos (15–20 seconds each) per shift captured at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers
- Understand stowing actions in videos and use best human judgement combined with tools to accurately identify and mark activities
- Verify or mark the location of products through Amazon’s internal auditing tool with the highest level of accuracy
- Maintain strict accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity) goals throughout every shift
- Take breaks only at pre-defined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours of productive work per day
- Adhere to data security policies — ensure no one other than the employee accesses workspace or work-related data
- Maintain a dedicated WFH workspace with a proper table, chair, and sufficient lighting (for remote associates)
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts with shift timings subject to change every 3–4 months
- Contribute to improving the effectiveness of Amazon’s automated stowing processes through high-quality audits
