- Utilize Policies & Procedures (P&Ps) established for the process and stay updated with all changes to P&Ps
- Improve personal performance continuously based on feedback provided by reporting managers and quality audit teams
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex AR claims and ensure timely payment collection for US healthcare clients
