Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end Learning Administration client services ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained
  • Work closely with Delivery Services Management to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues proactively
  • Obtain and confirm pending information and documentation from clients and stakeholders via email and telephone
  • Add and amend transaction information in client systems to maintain current and accurate learning records
  • Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per defined business rules and work instructions
  • Execute the full range of learning operations processes accurately and on time as a hands-on processor
  • Update client applications quickly and accurately in accordance with the appropriate User Guides
  • Highlight anomalies in Work Instructions or process documentation to SMEs and team leads for resolution
  • Participate in client conference calls where required and manage appropriate meeting documentation
  • Understand existing process matrices and measurement systems and suggest improvements for greater transparency and effectiveness
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all client data at all times
  • Actively participate in team activities and organizational initiatives
  • Escalate complex issues and edge cases to supervisors while resolving routine problems independently through established guidelines
