Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Intermediate (12th Pass) / Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Analyst at Wipro, the selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance within the account through systematic audits and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct process quality audits as per the defined plan and guidelines (minimum 1 audit per agent per week)
- Perform intensive audits (3 audits per agent per week) for agents in the bottom quartile of performance
- Prepare detailed audit findings and share reports with clients and account leadership on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required
- Conduct weekly analysis to identify error trends and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the top 2 errors
- Conduct calibration communication sessions to communicate client updates and changes
- Organize refresher training sessions to bridge skill gaps and improve team performance
- Maintain compliance adherence with zero misses and meet audit targets
- Log and update 2 hours per week with process-related activities
