Eligibility Criteria

Education: Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates are eligible.

Graduation is preferred but not strictly mandatory for some technical support international voice roles, where strong communication skills are prioritized.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience can apply.

Prior experience in international voice process, IT helpdesk or technical support will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and ability to handle international customers.

Basic understanding of computers, troubleshooting, networking or IT concepts preferred.

Customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills and willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work from office at Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts as per process requirement

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for international customers via calls or emails for IT and technical issues.
  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM or CA Service Desk as per process.
  • Troubleshoot L1/L2 technical issues, provide resolutions or workarounds and escalate complex problems when required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, clear and professional communication.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, update ticket notes and ensure proper closure of incidents within SLA.
  • Support continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and sharing feedback with the team

Selection Process

  • Walk-in shortlisting based on resume screening and eligibility (education, experience, communication).
  • Initial HR screening or telephonic round to assess communication skills and shift flexibility.
  • Face-to-face technical/operations round focusing on basic troubleshooting, customer handling and scenario-based questions.
  • Final HR discussion for salary, shift timings and onboarding details, followed by offer for selected candidates.
