Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) – preferably in Geography, Geospatial Science, Operations, or related fields
Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 0-2 years of experience specifically in mapping operations or geospatial data processing preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) space is a plus
- Prior knowledge of GIS tools like ArcGIS or QGIS is beneficial
Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities
As a GIS/Mapping Associate at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for critical geospatial operations:
- Build and maintain high-quality maps including creation, curation, and map data quality assurance
- Perform quality checks on the work of peers to ensure data accuracy
- Process and correct geospatial data for various mapping projects
- Complete customer requests within established SLA support windows and quality levels
- Assist the Pod Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within the pod
- Attend regular trainings and achieve progression in the mapping process
- Work on projects related to Google Maps, automobile mapping, and autonomous vehicle navigation systems
- Interpret overhead imagery and perform spatial data annotation
- Handle non-voice processes entirely through computer screen work without phone interactions
