Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, computer applications, or any graduate discipline as per official notification

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, finance support, or customer master data activities preferred

Skills: Strong typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or spreadsheet applications for handling and validating data ​

Roles & Responsibilities

– Provide administrative support to the Global Customer Data Operations Team for Sales and Finance, handling customer data creation, modification, and maintenance requests received globally from customers, partners, VADs, contract specialists, and sales representatives. ​

– Perform core back-office tasks such as typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generating invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, and processing basic journal entries or balancing A/R and A/P records. ​

– Organize and process work-based emails, update systems with accurate customer details, and maintain audit-ready records. ​

– Research and respond to internal and external inquiries related to customer data by coordinating with finance teams such as order management, accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, sales, VADs, and partners. ​

– Process and verify expense reports and payment-related requests in line with corporate policies and may assist in auditing expenses for compliance. ​

– Work on semi-routine assignments where the ability to spot deviations from standard procedures is important, receiving detailed instructions for new tasks and projects. ​

– Support special projects assigned by management related to data quality, clean-up, or process improvement.
