Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate degree (BA, B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc, B.Ed, B.Pharma, etc.)
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate within the last 5 years of passing out (2021 and above batches)

Academic Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Voice Process Executive at Infinx Healthcare, you will work on US healthcare accounts managing insurance claims and revenue cycle operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze outstanding insurance claims and initiate collection efforts as per aging report to ensure timely reimbursement
  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies, payers, and healthcare providers to follow up on pending claims
  • Undertake denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required to maximize claim reimbursements
  • Document and take appropriate action on all claims analyzed and followed up in the client’s software system
  • Build good rapport with insurance carrier representatives and maintain professional relationships
  • Focus on improving collection percentage and reducing accounts receivable aging
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through phone calls professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist with concerns, questions, or claim-related issues
  • Provide information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions related to medical billing
  • Pass on product/process knowledge to team members and contribute to training initiatives
  • Direct unresolved issues to designated resources or supervisors as per escalation matrix
