Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (B.E/B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc/MBA)

Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)

Experience Requirements:

As an ODC Analyst at Deloitte USI, you will serve as a critical support function for global client delivery teams. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end lifecycle of assigned ODC requests including assignment, quality checks, and timely completion
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ticket queues daily to ensure SLAs are met and escalate issues as required
