Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
– Design and develop high-quality, testable code in Python, NodeJS, or Java for aiRA Agents across configuration, analytics, testing, and support modules.
– Build and integrate AI workflows by designing APIs and pipelines that connect LLMs, context stores, and brand-specific knowledge graphs.
– Work with data and context layers to support retrieval-augmented generation, embedding stores, and schema orchestration for brand-aware AI agents.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, UX, platform) to ship features like auto-test suites, predictive models, and self-configuring loyalty flows.
– Monitor and optimize systems by instrumenting performance metrics, writing automated tests, and improving latency, scalability, and cost-per-task.
– Participate in internal hackathons, PoCs, and AI experiments that advance Capillary’s Generative Loyalty stack.
