• Follow SOPs and manager instructions to ensure all assigned tasks are completed with high quality.
• Deliver timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders on assigned tasks as per SOP and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute ideas for process and project improvements where applicable.
• Proactively raise issues, risks, or alarms to the manager or relevant stakeholders to avoid operational gaps.
• Meet or exceed defined business metrics and goals, including:
  • SLA compliance.
  • Productivity targets.
  • Quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day work by updating trackers, workflow tools, or other reporting systems.
• Consistently achieve predetermined productivity targets and quality standards set by the Advocacy Operations team.
• Support Amazon Flex Advocacy Operations in resolving scenarios that impact delivery partner experience through real-time monitoring and offline operational activities.
