Track-Wise Eligibility Criteria

🔷 IT & Integrated Smart Operations Track

  • Degree: 3-year UG — BCA, BSc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics & allied streams)
  • Batch: 2024 or 2025 pass-out only
  • Academic Score: Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), and UG — rounding off 59.9% is NOT allowed
  • Arrears: No standing arrears at time of joining; minimum 60% aggregate in UG required
  • Note: Candidates currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate programs are NOT eligible

🔷 Multicloud Track

  • Degree: Any 3-year UG — BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.
  • Batch: 2024 or 2025 pass-out only
  • Academic Score: Minimum 50% in academics — rounding off 49.9% is NOT allowed
  • Arrears: Candidates with standing arrears are NOT eligible

🔷 Digital Workplace Services Track

  • Degree: Any 3-year UG — BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.

Track-Wise Roles & Responsibilities

🔷 IT & Integrated Smart Operations

  • Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures for given Low-Level Designs
  • Describe relationships between tables and write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
  • Prepare test cases, scripts, and test data and execute manual and automated tests
  • Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
  • Drive innovation and experimentation within assigned projects

🔷 Multicloud Track

  • Maintain and administer computing environments and monitor production servers
  • Handle incident management and provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments
  • Perform activities per defined SOPs and Runbooks with understanding of business impact
  • Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plans and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Work in a 24×7 environment with willingness to relocate anywhere in India

🔷 Digital Workplace Services Track

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users addressing IT-related issues and inquiries
  • Log and track all support tickets ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for self-service and efficient problem-solving
  • Work in shifts from office with flawless verbal and written client communication
