Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — mandatory

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and processes — test case design, execution, and result analysis
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications, functional requirements, and design documents to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual and assisted automated) and thoroughly analyze test results for defects and anomalies
- Evaluate product code and functionality according to defined specifications and quality standards
- Report bugs and errors to development teams with clear, reproducible steps, expected vs. actual results, and severity/priority tagging
- Maintain and update test case repositories, test plans, and testing documentation for all assigned modules
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and exploratory testing across application modules
- Validate API responses using Postman or similar tools to ensure backend data integrity
- Conduct database validation using SQL queries to verify data accuracy at the backend
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Track and manage defect lifecycle in JIRA or Bugzilla from identification through closure
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing frameworks, and documentation standards
