Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and analyze complex legal removal requests efficiently and accurately for international complaints per client guidelines
- Review content flagged for potentially sensitive material — photos, videos, and text — and determine policy violations
- Identify spam content to ensure genuine search results and improve platform integrity
- Help victims remove explicit videos/photographs from global sites and process PII (Personally Identifiable Information) removal requests from search results
- Validate, investigate, and respond to urgent or sensitive inquiries within established SLA guidelines
- Resolve and/or escalate copyright takedown requests, counter notifications, retractions, and General Inquiry (GI) tickets in T1 queues
- Coordinate with client subject matter experts on complex inquiries, escalations, and third-party communications
- Comply with all client published policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced operational environment
- Attain and maintain a minimum 96% Quality Score consistently across all assigned tasks
- Receive feedback, apply learnings quickly, and adapt to changing client environments and guidelines
- Escalate questionable removals or policy edge cases to the Operations Manager or client Point of Contact
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with defined SLAs and performance metrics
