Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Diploma or equivalent in IT/Computer Applications may also be considered
Experience
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
- Knowledge of common software applications and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems
- Document and track issues accurately using the company’s ticketing system
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry trends
