Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Diploma or equivalent in IT/Computer Applications may also be considered

Experience

  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
