Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- BE / B.Tech in any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or Graduate (non-engineering graduates are also considered as per role).
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in IT or related technical support roles.

- Provide first-level support and assistance across multiple IT domains including infrastructure, OS, and application operations as per assigned project.
- Monitor servers, systems and basic services, identify alerts or performance issues, and escalate or resolve as per defined procedures.
- Assist in backup and restoration activities by following standard operating procedures and documenting actions.
- Support application operations tasks such as log checks, simple configuration updates, basic deployment support and routine health checks.
- Work in rotating shifts (where applicable) to provide 24/7 support coverage and ensure high service availability.
- Communicate clearly with team members, leads and stakeholders, documenting incidents, resolutions and knowledge base updates.
- Contribute as a proactive team member, participating in trainings, continuous improvement, and learning new tools or cloud technologies like Azure.
