Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/B.Com/BBA/BCA/B.Sc)
  • Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
  • No active backlogs at the time of selection

Experience:

  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience in learning delivery, training coordination, or talent development
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant internship experience may also apply

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
