Key Responsibilities for Healthcare Apprenticeship
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller Apprentice, you will:
- Claims Management: Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims and patient accounts receivable
- Insurance Follow-up: Initiate professional outbound calls to insurance companies for pending claims resolution
- Denial Code Analysis: Understand medical billing denial codes and implement appropriate resolution strategies
- System Documentation: Maintain accurate records and update healthcare management systems
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for complex claim escalations
